I finally got my 8700k to run 4.7ghz @ 1.25v stable so far. There is just a little stutter or video lag that I noticed while gaming. It's not terrible and it's infrequent, but it only started after I raised the multiplier and changed the ring down bin to disabled and locked my uncore to x44. The first time I noticed it, I put ring down bin back on auto which is still x44 but the stutter was still there.

Does a low VCCIO voltage cause this or does it have something to do with the uncore ratio? It was fine at 4.4ghz with x44 uncore which dropped to x41 because of ring down bin. VCCIO and SA voltages are 1.1v

increasing vcore to 1.26 only raised temps and my GPU isn't overclocked. Asus maximus x mobo.
