Help! GPU power problem ?

I ordered a RX 570 from Amazon. The thing is later i found out that it needs a 8-Pin connector. But my PSU only has a single 4-Pin Molex cable. What shd i do now?

Buy a new PSU or get a GPU that is <75w and draws from the PCI-E slot only.

definitely get a new PSU if it’s still molex and doesn’t have the necessary connection. What is your current model ?

Corsair CX550 - if that's too expensive, look at something like the DeepCool DA500

No, the CX and DA Bronze models all have ample cables.

Is your current PSU an ATX one? I only ask because it kind of sounds like an OEM which means buying an off the shelf PSU may not work for you due to potentially proprietary mounting and motherboard cables.

Oh ok well yeah just get a regular PSU, modern day one a have ample connections and come with cables
