It will limit the flow of liquid and it will surely cause problems in the future, My recommendation: Replace the tube as quickly as possible.

Tied a zip tie around the tube to widen it back out, and it seems to be fine now.

Well your pump is a really high flow pump.  And that is some pretty small I'd tubing. So yeah your killing your flow.

 

 

Time to mesure first then cut.  Just drain the loop and replace the tube. Do it right.  And take care of all those bubbles.

Put your hands around ur neck and squeeze. Same thing is happening to ur waterloop :P

After securing the tube with a zip tie it has returned to being perfectly circular. My stress temps dropped about 4c.
