How to paste data into multiple tables/graphs in Excel?

I am trying to figure out something.

I have a bunch of raw data in a csv file, and there are separate tables of data in there that are separated by a blank line.

 

Is there a way I can copy this entire file and paste in Excel and have it go into multiple formatted tables? Tables make it easier to make graphs that can change depending on size of data.
