Is the 5700xt getting non blower fans from third parties?

I was just wondering if the 5700 xt is going to be getting non blower versions because i've heard it runs really hot with its current fan. All the third party cards i find on Newegg are blower fans with the same mould as the og 5700 xt

Yes, other companies will be able to add AIB coolers to the card. We expect them to come at the end of august. The leaks have begun.
