Hi, so since I upgraded my PC (month ago) I've been getting green lines from time to time. It would occur during gaming, first, the pc would freeze with weird purple, green boxed pixels all over the screen or blue screen. When PC restarts, everything goes back to normal for a day or two and then repeats or I would still see the green lines. In that case, I can't access NVIDIA Control Panel, don't seem like have GPU Drivers installed. When I try to install them, it goes through the process of installing and doesn't install (photo below after installation).

As of right now I have 2 monitors plugged in my GPU, but only 1 is working and I still see green lines, photos are taken with lines on my monitor.

Switched my GPU into the other slot on motherboard, but after a day, same happening again.
Tried resetting GPU drivers with Display Driver Uninstaller and installing NVIDIA and GEFORCE drivers, but didn't do anything.
Updated windows and drivers through Driver Easy.
MAIN MONITOR - BenQ X2430T 144Hz

SECOND MONITOR - BenQ X2730Z 144Hz

Are you sure? Do you think it can be recovered or it's going to get worse?

Yeah, that's almost certainly a bad GPU just from the problems described. I'd look into getting it RMA'd (Return Merchandise Authorization, aka Warranty) with whomever you purchased it through. Sucks man, lotta money invested to end up with a dud but sometimes it happens. This is why warranties and RMA programs exist because sometimes, electronics just shit the bed and die for no real reason it seems.

Just because it may seem like magic, I'm not a wizard, just a nerd. I am fallible.
