Ducky one 2 TKL Brightness issue

Telleron

I am very happy with my Ducky keyboard. But ever since I installed the software from the Ducky website i've been having some issues with it.

The brightness isn't as bright as it used to be and the FN keys don't light up/ flicker when I press it. I have tried pressing the fn+up key to adjust the brightness but nothing really works.

I hope someone can help me out with this issue

Thanks

Does it needs a software installation?

Doesn't it has onboard RGB controls via hotkeys, so no need any software just like the One 2 Mini?

You might want to factory reset the keyboard. This can be done by holding the right and left windows keys.
