What would be the issue with the CPU?

It's just a really weak CPU for any kind of gaming. It's very good if you're going for a ultra low budget PC but you should go for at least a quad core CPU if you're going to do some kind of workload (gaming, video editing etc)

Okay so I am looking for parts for a semi-decent computer is the "AMD Athlon 200GE 2-Core AM4 3.2GHz CPU Processor with Radeon Vega 3 Graphic" any good and if not where are some good Australian sites to look for pretty good cheap CPUs and Ram?

Depend what you plan to do with the PC. If it is only web browsing and office work, the CPU will be OK, but if you plan to also to game on it, the CPU will be too slow even for decent graphic card (if you plan to upgrade some day like RX570). For casual gamning I recommend the Ryzen 3 2200G or 3200G if you are really on tight budget or Ryzen 5 2400G or 3400G

How much would that cost and where should I look for ones of those?

I would go for the 2200g (or higher) if you are looking to game without a dedicated gpu. that vega 3 isnt the best option and i wouldnt recommend it. If you do happen to go for a 2200g make sure u got fast ram and at least 16gb as the APU really likes fast ram, for both the cpu and integrated gpu. And the integrated gpu will also use your system ram as vram, so it might take up to 2gb of ram, so if u have 8gb, will the integrated gpu use around 2gb and windows around 1-2 so that leaves you with inly 4gb ram for the game

The Athlon 200ge is simply a Ryzen with 2 cores and an integrated video card that's minimal, good for 2D and video playback but that's about it. It also can not be overclocked and the maximum memory frequencies are a bit limited, if I remember correctly they're capped at 2400 Mhz.

You can find it for maybe 40-50$.

For around 60$ you can buy Ryzen 3 1200 processor on eBay which has 4 cores and can be overclocked a bit to get higher performance.

The Ryzen 2200g can be bought for around 60$ in stores in US (Microcenter) and it's probably as cheap as around 70-75$ on eBay, and you get 4 cores and integrated graphics that are decent enough to play at 720p or "hd ready" 1366x768 at low-medium quality.

So it's kind of like with hard drives: just like it doesn't make sense to pay 50$ for a 1 TB drive when a 2TB drive costs 60$, it makes no sense to pay 40-50$ for 200ge when 20-40% more money gives you practically more than double the performance.

well technically you can game with the athelon but its best paired with a lower tier GPU like the AMD RX570 and at 1080p max

But if you can score a Ryzen 3 1200 for around the same price I would go for that instead.

It all depends on your market, if the athelon is cheaper well go for it as you could still upgrade it later.

I mean thats the cool thing about the AM4 socket the sky is wide open for upgrades.
