PCI extension cable, does it exist? (SOLVED)

I hate the on-board audio but I love my old X-Fi sound card and wanted to know if a PCI extension cable exists?

 

I got a PCIE to PCI converter but I need to extend the card away as it won't fit in my case.

PCI_e riser cables exist. Thermaltake makes pretty long ones.

 

Now when you say PCI you really mean PCI then I don't know of their existence. If you have some type of PCI_e to PCI adapter you could buy the PCI_e riser and do it that way.
