If one of your PCIe pins were bent it'd be bent inside the slot itself not where it attaches to the motherboard. Those pins are staggered. Perhaps that's giving the illusion that they're bent?

What is a staggered pin? Perhaps it could be a optical illusion

They definetly seem bend, but it also seems as if theyre meant to be bent to make contact with something. Then again, im not sure if any pins in a pc should be bent
