I mostly play cs:go and diablo 3

I replaced my GTX 1080 tis with RTX 2080 tis and I achieved what I wanted so it was a good upgrade for me. Since I play at 4k and 3840 X 1600 the 1080 ti, 2080 or R VII don't do it for me.

Money wise it is not worth it. I just have the money.

So forget about it being a good value or cost effective.  Just get it or not.

Once you're talking the top tier, you might as well forget the word "value."

If you got the money, and you want to upgrade, then do it.  Don't worry about what's going to come out next or you'll never upgrade.
