Won’t post

I just built my new computer and it will turn on with all the case fans, the graphics card fan and the motherboard rgb, etc. But when I plug it into a monitor it will do nothing, I’ve tried 2 different monitors with 3 different cables. I am thinking maybe the cpu isn’t sitting right from what I have read, idk though

rog strik b450-f

16gb of Corsair ram

1060 6g from evga

Does ur Motherboard have a speaker so u could hear beeps or a screen that shows error codes

I don’t hear any thing, all it says is that no cable detected. I tried using my motherboard ports and my graphics card ports

The Motherboard ports are useless that ryzen chip has no igpu mhh ye without a speaker its hard to find what the problem is cause u dont have a errorcode

I know I can eliminate issues with everything except for the cpu but I’m not to sure what the issue could be
