Why can't I overclock my Ryzen 7 1700x?

I have a r7 1700x and an MSI B450 Gaming Plus Mobo. Whenever I go into the bios and try to OC the CPU, the core clock multiplier (and all CPU OC controls for that matter) are grayed out and I can't click on anything. I tried to up the core voltage but whenever I type a number in it goes red and doesn't apply. What am I doing wrong?

try with ryzen master, it is what im using, this is a plan b, i dont know how to enable the options you mention on bios, sorry
