Doesn't boot with XMP enabled :/ Helps Please :)

I just upgraded my PC with a new Mobo CPU and RAM:

Ryzen 7 2700

Asus ROG Strix B450-F Gaming

2 Kits of 16GB Ballistix Sport 3000Mhz Cl15 RAM, a total of 4x8GB

I was doing some Overclocking (First time) and at the beginning I got the CPU to Overclock from 3,2Ghz to 3,8Ghz (Anything above that wouldn't boot) and enabled XMP and Overclocked RAM from the Automatic 2400Mhz to 3200Mhz, it booted and entered windows no problem and ran stress tests fine for a long period of time, after that, I restarted the PC to check again BIOS settings and when I exited BIOS, Windows would try to load for 1s and crash, the signal to the monitor would be lost, at the same time an orange LED in the Mobo indicating DRAM (something related to it) starts blinking slowly and stays like that.

I don't know why this happens, I checked some related posts and I checked that my PSU was working fine, everything was plugged in, RAM was firmly installed (Reinstalled)... I tried most of the things but if I touch anything about the RAM in the BIOS, the PC won't boot into Windows, but it does boot to BIOS which is strange and I don't know why.

I normally wouldn't mind, but since Ryzen is very memory speed dependent, I would like to run the RAM at 3000 or 3200Mhz instead of 2400Mhz which makes a huge performance impact.

The third LED turns on Orange and blinks slowly when I enable D.C.O.P.. I can boot at 2400Mhz Auto, I active D.C.O.P. profile and it won't boot.
