I am trying to sell my PC to build a different one, but I have no idea where to start.

Well, are you in the states? Ebay and Craigslist are great places to start.

Brands I wholeheartedly reccomend (though do have flawed products): Apple, Razer, Corsair, Asus, Gigabyte, bequiet!, Noctua, Fractal, GSkill (RAM only)

Theres a classified section for long time users of this forum. 

But Facebook Marketplace i've found to be excellent down here in NZ & Australia...you might want to give that a try.
