The swiftech H220 for 100 bucks is a steal but still, going down to a CM 212 Evo saves you enough for a GTX 770.

I was thinking of just upgrading a little after maxwell comes out, my birthday is around then. I would just sell the 760.

You could also look into 2nd hand cards. They don't have quite as drastic value loss when maxwell comes out. A GTX 570 or 580 would be good imo. They'll perform worse than a GTX 760 but not by much. and they'll most likeley not loose their value too quickly.

 

Edit: a HD 6970 or 6950 would be even better, you could sell it again due to the mining craze for around the same price.
