Internet speed dropped by 900mbs ( but only on a single device) FIXED

A few days ago I noticed that my Internet speeds were lower than usual so I decided to do a speed test and I got around 90-100mbs instead of the 900-1000 I usually get. Thing is, this only happens on my main PC, which is connected to the router via ethernet.

I tried restarting the router and all of its networks but that didn't work. Also, this happens when my PC is the only device connected to the network.

My ISP is AT&T
