Is this Legit?

Hello guyz! I just wanted to ask your expert opinion if this is a legit GPU.. 

 

I found a BrandNew Rx 470 Armor 8gb that Cost Php 6000 (or around $120)

 

I ask the seller if what they are selling is legit, from mining or used and they told me: "It's BrandNew and From Japan". I can hardly believe it because of the price

I'd take it for that price, even if it was used.

 

 

Looks real enough. Maybe the person has a MSI employee discount or something.

That's how MSI ships bulk refurbed cards. Probably not "new" but factory refurb.

No one can tell for sure, if you are paying for it, use paypal and if you are picking it up, bring a system to test it.

okay tnx guyz I think I'm going to buy it has a 7 day return policy( if your not satisfied or something) and has a 6 months warranty and it will be a nice upgrade for my ryzen 5 2400g
