Are there normal download speeds?

I’m downloading steam games and I know my WiFi is very fast, probably gigabit at least. My ping is always in the teens when I play rocket league, My PC has an Ethernet cable on it but it is pretty old, not sure what CAT. I’m downloading at about 70 mb/s. My SSD is also pretty old, not sure which model, from late 2000s and early 2010s. Is this normal? If so, what do you think is holding me back.

Take a speedtest of your internet speed and then post results and compare it with steam download speed
