Good WC case for $200

Hikaru12
Go to solution Solved by mikeangeles 75,

Maybe look at the Phanteks Enthoo Primo, NZXT H440, some of the NZXT Phantom cases, or wait for the new Corsair cases to come out or the blackout Define R4.

I've been using my HAF 912 for years but it's finally getting a little too cramped for my liking. I bought a HAF 932 or Haf "X" as it's called a few years back. While it was an awesome case for air cooling I never got much use out of it. Therefore, I'm looking for a good watercooling case that will be around $200 to $250 that can hold about 2 to 3 radiators which should be about 360mm at max (if it can fit bigger then that's even better - the key is to cool a CPU and a single 770-780).

The only one I can think of is the Fractal R4 or the 750D? Any thoughts?

Wait for the Corsair 760T. It's gloriously beautiful and it can take a 360 and a 240, which will be more than enough for a CPU and high end GPU.

The graphite series do look gorgeous as does that H440. It might be worth waiting on it.

Have a look at the Nanoxia range, the Deep Silence 6 in particular as it's around your price point, has room for a 360mm rad up top, and a few 240mm rad points.

This is an aussie site, so whatever the prices are they'll most definitely be lower where you are.

From the suggestions made here so far I think it's going to either be the Phanteks Enthoo Primo (leaning towards this one), the Deep Silence 6 or the 760T. I would go with the H440 but I'd prefer just a black scheme rather than their black/red.

Yep was just going to recommend a DS6. I just picked one up and the quality is jaw dropping.

You can always paint it or get some vinyl. I'd do that for a case like the H440. I'v just ordered the black/red one.

What about the 750D? Space for a 360 in the roof and a 280 in the front

I do like the 750 as well. The Phanteks may be overkill for my situation but it allows for upgrades in the future and slower fan speeds if I get the larger rads. I just watched a video on it and the sole fact that the PSU is in the back and they have lots of mounting options for an SSD is superb.

I'd actually go for the Fractal Design Arc Midi/XL Instead of Define. Just a personal preference but it seems as though the Arc Midi is more towards overclockers and watercooling while the Define R4 is meant more or less for silence. Also the Arc Midi R2 is pretty small considering the fact that it can hold a 360mm in the top and a 240mm in the front if you remove the drive cages. Let's face it, who uses a disk drive these days anyhow?

The tinted window does look sleek. Thanks for the suggestion.
