I ordered a pair of Trident Z Royal C14 10 days ago at their online website, and the only option is local store pickup as special orders.

10 days since, the latest status of this order is still payment confirmed. I came to the store inquire about the ETA and the staff tell me to expect a Mid September arrival, 

They were shipped from Ontario, but the ETA looks like they are shipped from Taiwan by water. 

Have anyone try to order "speical item" on CC?

It means they are ordering the item from the factory after you paid and actually don’t have it in stock.
