Yeah that Psu should be enough with wattage and quality.

My hdd is at least 4-5 years old and only 1tb, do you think this could be the problem because it’s like when my game gets hectic my FPS will be fine but there is still stutters

Yeah might be if its schreecing it's dead and stutters can be solve with capping the fps to like 240 or something.

If I cap my FPS at 240 I feel like it slightly stutters more and if I cap it at 60 it doesn’t feel like 6o it feels like about 5 FPS, basically if I cap it gets worse

You should get a new motherboard and psu and if that doesn’t work try getting an ssd.

Hello guys basically my pc feels really poor and sluggish. It’s also making my game stutter and also sluggish. E.g. my mouse in game feels really poor aswell like my pc isn’t as powerful as it should be. Does any one have any idea on what this could be. My pc is high specced with;

gtx 1070ti gpu,

i9-9900k cpu,

asus rog Strix gaming-h z390. Motherboard,

2x8gb ram. Corsair vengeance 2400,

evga 650w psu,

1tb ssd.

240hz monitor.

all my temps are fine and I am also getting high fps but it feels a lot lower.

Is your monitor actually running at its intended refresh rate, which you can set in the Nvidia control panel under 'change resolution'?
