Windows 1903 + BIOS update = degraded performance Intel?

I patched my Z390 Aorus Master BIOS from F8 to F9 as it said it had some patches for the vulnerabilities.

 

I also upgraded my Windows to 1903.

 

Now I'm getting less FPS less in Heaven 4 benchmark. 

 

Did the BIOS and 1903 impacted performance this much!?

 

The lower score is with 1903 and newest Nvidia Drivers, and F9 BIOS.

 

The higher score is with F7 BIOS I believe 416.73 driver and 1809 or 1803 score.

 

GPUs fully OCed and CPU at 5.3Ghz as per screenshot.

 

I also just did 1080p as well but nothing to compare to.

Yes that bios patch decreases performance a bit.

I didn't do it because I use my pc for games and youtube so I have nothing to worry about security i don't care about it

Those security bios update are mostly important for corporations, companies, like people who can't have any security breaches.

 

I'm pretty sure this is the update concerning the malware that is able to read the info in the RAM.

I rolled back before.

Cinebench R15 confirms that performance went down slightly.

I did 5.0Ghz just so it's easier to compare to old results and the ones online.

Temp used to be 75C and even after repasting it now jumped to 80C after all these BIOS updates etc. (Or it's just hot in the UK now, I don't know).

 

Stock went down from 2073 to 1980. This is bit bad.

It's insane how much of performance dropped due to this God damn.
