this is the board that google reckons is in that machine. looking at it, it's a s115x with ddr3 so i'd suspect 32gb is the maximum the board can support, the maximum your processor can support may differ as i haven't got time to trawl through all the s115x cpu's and find out which one supports what

I have a gtx 1660ti and a i7 3770 was wondering how many mhz the ram can be

It's a cheap OEM motherboard. I doubt it can overclock RAM well.

32gb is the maximum in most 1155 cpu. You can upgrade with 8gb x 4 ddr3 module.

But i highly doubt you will need 32gb, 16gb is enough.

Ryzen 5700g @ 4.4ghz all cores | Asrock B550M Steel Legend | 3060 | 2x 16gb Micron E 2666 @ 4200mhz cl16 | 500gb WD SN750 | 12 TB HDD | Deepcool Gammax 400 w/ 2 delta 4000rpm push pull | Antec Neo Eco Zen 500w

This page says maximum 16 GB (4x4GB) : https://www.empowerlaptop.com/p/acer-g3620-motherboard-w1711-2/

But it could be they just copied the specs from Acer which listed those before 8 GB DDR3 sticks were common so the motherboard may actually support 8 GB sticks.

1600 Mhz should be safe buy... worst case scenario, your memory will run at 1333 Mhz instead of 1600 Mhz.
