Cougar MX330 is a better case in airflow and board compatibility. Probably the only bad thing is the badge it carries.

The fans are too noisy trust me, i have them and i dont have them plugged in they are so annoying.

Both case come with only 1 fan installed. .  I would add a second one in the front. As to the noise, there are good fans out there.

Also since ur getting a ryzen go with some faster ram its not that expensive the difference is like 5-10$
