no, or else capture cards wouldn't exist

 

also, get a HDMI to VGA (active) converter

or HDMI to DVI (not sure if this exist, pretty sure it does) adapter

 

they're not too costly

Hello everyone I wanted to ask you about a problem that I had recently I have a about 6 year old PC and I wanted to know if I could youse it as an adaptor to my PS4 for my monitor that only has a dvi-d and VGA my PC uses dvi-d and has a HDMI out I wondered if I could convert it from out to in without using any type of external harware
