I bought 3000 Mhz ram. But on bios I get 2400 (see picture) I skipped the screen on first bootup that says it's 2400mhz

I had to reset my bios because of choosing xmp profile 1. But I have sent pictures of my usertestbench scores where you can see ram clocked at 1500

It's running at 3000MHz. Multiply 1500x2 = 3000. DDR = DOUBLE data rate. Choose XMP/DCOP in BIOS and you should be fine. Use CPU-Z to see more accurately.
