1440P Ultrawide

I game in 1440P UW (3440x1440) 80hz.

 

My specs are:

i5 4670K @ 4.5Ghz

Vega 64 Nitro+ (just bought so will be OCing / undervolting asap)

 

I am in the UK and I could probably sell my vega and buy the 5700 XT for an extra £100. Is this worth it at price / performance?

 

My goal is to hit 80FPS in high settings, (low for MP games)

 

What GPUs should I be looking at?

 

Will a CPU upgrade to Ryzen be worth 20%+ (it would be a cost of £300+)
