why what? why its better? well for one the 10 bit color gamut is really nice plus its an ips panel so very nice picture quality and i believe its on the gsync list of compatible monitors so its freesync but also gsync compatible,the 75hz is nice for gaming,plus i have had a lot of AOC monitors in the past and ironically they all still work! so none have died or anything like that so i can say for certain they last.

Not an issue for me with max 50fps flight Sims

its when fps isnt in sync with the framerate. 

 

it would fix any tearing from dropping below refreshrate and going above it

its not worse, but get the extra for a freesync monitor. is defo worth it
