Random framedrops

Ever since I came home earlier today my pc has been acting strangely. When I first fired it up it started with some razer chroma login issues. After that, regular games like csgo just started having framedrops around every few seconds or so. I have checked every driver and I can't seem to find an issue hidden in there either. Does anyone have a solution?
