Get a good pair of headphones and a ModMic or desktop Mic. It will always give you better sound quality and most of the time better mic quality.

Would any of the corsair's headset that are lower then 70$ be good?

Is $70 your top budget? how important is sound quality to you?

Most headsets pale in comparison to even cheap headphones and a separate mic. But if a headset is what you really want then the only one I would recommend is the Microsoft lifechat. This is because it is the only one I have never seen broken,  mine has been pretty badly mistreated and still works a treat. They are usb and the mic is better than most.  Plus IMO at $20 they are the only ones that are worth their price tag.

Corsair makes some good ones, 2100 is nice. Maybe not the cheapest but good quality. Other than that, the lower end ones are also pretty good and cheaper.

Oh HELL no. Never buy Corsair. At that price point the Siberia V2 clearly wins, if you don't feel like saving up for better audio quality, go ahead and grab 'em.
