I am going to build my first gaming pc and wanted to know what components I need to gta 5 max settings at 60 fps

 

My preference go out for nvidia and intel

 

But tips are Appreciated

You gave me no budget. Hows this?

This should get you 50-60fps (more if you oc) at 1080p max settings according to this.
