I know my R7 250A is really crappy, but I wanted some input on how bad it really is in this day and age. And no, I am unable to upgrade currently.

It's only bad if its performance doesn't meet your standards. You can't compare it to something else, because yeah it sucks compared to a GTX 1050 but someone running a GT210 might move an R7 250.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

 

How many watts do I need? ATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explained, group reg is bad
