Best FM2 motherboard for £45

What is the best FM2 motherboard for £45 ? I have found a ASUS A88X-GAMER for £45 and I am going to put my AMD a4-7300 PRO B inside it. Later I might upgrade to Athlon X4 860 for double the performance. Is this the best motherboard I can get for this price ? I have a MSI A55m E33 but it only lets me overclock by 5% and I am assuming that it is limited by my motherboard and with my new on, I should be able to overclock as far as it is cool. Is this the best motherboard I can get for the price or should I upgrade to a A320 amd get the cheapest CPU available for that ? This is the motherboard I have found for £45 :

Get a socket AM3 / AM3+ motherboard if you want something cheap, you can reuse DDR3 and you can buy processors as cheap as 5-10$ 

You can get a video card that costs as little as 2-3$ and you have a working pc.

FM1 - slow processors but the integrated graphics are better than what you have integrated on socket AM2 and AM3 - there's actually hardware decoding for HD videos on Youtube and all that.
