Monitor saying no signal

I just built my new pc and everything is running the way it should but I can’t get it to show anything on my monitor. I tried a tv and it worked fine. I’ve checked and changed my hdmi and my DP cable and still nothing. The monitor is a Scepter.

check for the right input ON the monitor, some don't auto find the signal.

Yea I’ve moved it around to all of them and still nothing

Is the monitor new? Can you test it out with a different device to make sure it works?
