I got 15GB of storage on Google Drive and 50GB on Dropbox. <- Free

You can upgrade if you want more, but it will cost.

Nice plug :P

box.net hasn't been mentioned. 10GB for free.

Dropbox is only 2GB I think.

you start of with 2GB but can get extra free space through various promotions and referals.

I am currently at 35GB, but tbh I only use 2.8GB anyway ;)

I got 50GB with dropbox. As I remember you get 2GB for free, and the rest 48GB is a promotion between Samsung and Dropbox if you got an S3 (not sure if that applies to other Samsung phones) and I think this is how the other guy got it.

Otherwise, you need to pay.

There's also IDrive storage which I use (https://www.idrive.com/index.html) it gives you 5GB free. IDrive will probably fit all your school files.

If you get an old computer or a Raspberry Pi you could just host your stuff from your house and have full 100% control over everything. You could leave it with whatever you install on it (Linux or BSD) and move files to and from it via SFTP or set-up OwnCloud if you must have a GUI.
