3D printer clog in top part of hotend?

Hi, I have an Ender 3 and upgraded to the Micro Swiss all metal hot end. I did a test print that was successful and then tried to do another one, but shortly after starting the next print I found that it wasn't extruding, after trying to clean out the nozzle and that not helping I removed the nozzle to find out it wasn't reaching the nozzle, I have tried pulling and pushing the filament through and it won't work, it just seems to be stuck in the top part of the hotend, any advice?

Are you trying to push it while it's still cold?

Yes, but the clog is in the top part and I don't know how to clean that out

I am able to remove the PTFE tube with ease, how would you recommend burning the pla out?

One thing i noticed is it just seems to be stuck some how. I can push it forward just a tad and pull it back without any difficulty but then it gets stuck again

Just heat it up and shove any thin object inside from the top?

If there was maybe a gap somewhere plastic might have gotten lodged in there

Ok, I just tried using one of them acupuncture needles from the top, I wasn't able to get it in very deep but where I could I did my best. but this didn't help.

Because it's a micro Swiss, it's all metal. I'd take it off and blast it with a torch or heat gun to melt the blockage in the heat break.
