Audio converter from TrueHD with atmos to DD+ with atmos

Hello there!

 

I've been looking aroung for a while, but I couldn't find an audio converter capable of dealing with atmos. Usually they convert from truehd to ac3 or dts, but none to DD+ with atmos.

Does anybody know the reason why? Is atmos that new? or is just because of the format itself?
