Change out PSU to a better quality one, like CX450 or Pure Power 10/11.

 

You may want to consider the RX 590 over the GTX 1660 if it's a lot cheaper in your area as the case in the USA and UK.

To my suprise it isn't cheaper, i was thinking about RX590 but i was told that 1660 is comparable if not better, and less power consuming

1660 is a better choice.
