i9 9900k High temps when using adaptive

When I use adaptive mode to OC an i9 9900k my max temps are hitting 100c when running RealBench.  No crash during realbench test at 5.0 and 5.1g, but should i be worried with the temp?  The only way i've gotten it to not go past 95c max is if I manually set the voltage to 1.38 at 5.0, which runs just fine on D2, Fortnite and Apex, however i get a blue screen during the encoding test in realbench.  I'm not doing video editing nor do I stream so am i ok with the manual OC as long as it runs fine with the games i play?  My CPU cooler is the Corsair H150i PRO AIO.
