New motherboard and now no boot whatsoever

Every part in the pc has been working with another motherboard (b350-f).  This new motherboard I got (Asus prime x470 pro) seems to be the issue, but everything spins up and keeps spinning.  The parts that matter are: ryzen 7 2700, Samsung 860 Evo 1tb, rx580 (underpowered I know I'm buying a 2070 super when they launch), 32gb 3200mhz ddr4, Asus prime x470 pro. All of this worked in the other system.  Is it that the motherboard is dead or could it be something stupid that I haven't thought of yet.

I was trying to find out if the board had a bios speaker but if it does no errors at all.  Tried unplugging the gpu because the ryzen chip I have dosent have on board graphics, nothing.  We're almost to 3rd gen ryzen I don't think it would need a bios update to be compatible with second gen...

Another detail is the fans connected to my Nzxt kraken are running normally and the ones connected to the motherboard are running at 100%
