You have 1 CPU fan header (for your CPU cooler) and 2 chassis fan headers (for additonal case fans) which could be split to two connectors each (maybe more, but that depends on the amp rating of the fans).

The CPU fan header is above the socket, the first chassis fan header is below the CPU socket, just to the left and the second chassis fan header is on the bottom right of your board.

 

With a fan hub you can fit in a lot more fans in the PC.
