Help laptop buying (MacBook Pro)

I’m looking to purchase a refurbished MacBook Pro 13 inch preferably with touchbar but has to be 2016 or newer, and I’m having trouble finding a good one that meets my price range.

Budget: $1,600 and lower please (nothing over $1,699). If you manage to find a good 15 inch model for a similar price (doubt it) i would be okay with that too. Also, color does not matter.

heres what I’ve found so far.

  1. https://www.apple.com/shop/product/FPXX2LL/A/Refurbished-133-inch-MacBook-Pro-31GHz-dual-core-Intel-Core-i5-with-Retina-display-Silver?fnode=edbbe20908e15cc00284e348cb9acb3a1383365fc587cf550c4ba04036ac95b51a2ccadce3a618b5569f69986df20f04890925bce05e04842433004910aae2c4e9e9da26f5afb6589518b7e16265d48f
  2. 2.9 GHz boost up to 3.3 GHz Intel core i5, 16GB LPDDR3 Ram, 512 GB SSD and Intel Iris graphics 550 (couldn’t link) $1,689.00
  3. https://www.apple.com/shop/product/FR9V2LL/A/Refurbished-133-inch-MacBook-Pro-23GHz-quad-core-Intel-Core-i5-with-Retina-display-Silver?fnode=da993c620f7d4beb1fb3dfa0ef37febae26d5f16afd5e12365dd914be13a07ac1fb096b3f651d62bd51b165db84f4907781353741dd8a84a84fc6c759bab786c733a471f5bd8b5e5fcdfbe63798ee041

If you have any alternatives, different websites are okay. If not please tell me which of these 3 is the best for me. I do a lot of art, video editing and I’d say light gaming like the sims and gta V. Thanks

Realistically I don't think you're going to be able to find a 13" TB that isn't a shit spec for $1,600 or less. Your best bet for trying to find one would be local ads but I really don't think you'd have a good chance at that either.

If I were you I'd just hunt used for 2014 and 2015's and try to snipe a good deal on one of those, or just save up even more for the current era models.

I’m really looking for under $2,000 but taxes can be like $200 which is why I said $1,600 but yeah I get it that I won’t get good specs. I’m just looking for decent storage decent speed and decent color accuracy. I’ll keep looking but thank you so much for replying.

Genuinely surprising.

Hopefully the prices get slashed when the next generation comes out. All models are about $300 overpriced in their base configurations.
