Gpu usage going up and down

well my pc is new i build it and it working fine in windows but when i play games my gpu usage is going up and down from 88% to 0%

Cpu usage is 45%-65%

and my fps is droping because of that.

 

Specs:

CPU:Ryzen 5 2400g
GPU:Amd rx 480 8gb
Motherboard:Asus prime a320m-k
Ram:hyperX 2x4gb 2666mhz

ssd:Gigabyte  240gb

New PC? Your 480 reached 90c even when not on constant 100% load. Check if the fan is working or return it.

sorry for the late reply fan is working but my rx is new but i bough it from another seller

I wouldn't consider this a problem unless there's serious hitching or hiccuping going on.

 

All GPU utilization is is how often in a sample period (probably 1 second in this case) the GPU was given something to do. It's not always indicative of performance loss.
