Posted July 6, 2019 What's the best GPU for this setup? I have 16 GB RAM 3200 MHz Will switching to new Ryzen 5 or 7 increase my FPS a lot in SP games? I mainly play games like Witcher 3, Metrox Exodus, RE2. I don't play multi games (expect WoW), so I think I dont really need to buy new CPU for SP games, especially in 1440p. Advise me please! Thanks in advance.
Posted July 6, 2019 RTX 2060 Super? or RX 5700 (XT), wait for reviews. at 1440p, ryzen 5/7 won't make that much of an impact, maybe zen 2+ or wait for price drops i.e. early 2020

For ryzen 3rd gen it will end stuttering you are and will be experiencing in a lot of newer titles (post 2017). 7 minutes ago, FFX2080Ti said: What's the best GPU for this setup? Posted July 6, 2019 Maybe an ryzen 5 1600 or 2600 could help a bit. THe prices of those cpus will drop when the new ryzen 3rd gen is coming out so hopefully they can be found for about 90-150$. And that also gets u a future proof upgrade path (am4 socket). But be sure to get atleast a b350m mobo. as they are more durable than the a320m. The b350m also allows Overclocking, while the a320m dont. Even if u arent gonna overclock are the b350m mobos still a better value.
 They dont?? my asrock a320m-hdv r3.0 says it supports every ryzen there is (except 3rd gen). https://www.asrock.com/MB/AMD/A320M-HDV R3.0/index.asp#CPU EDIT: Maybe not all but most of them. Best will allways be 2080ti Best to pair up with my current CPU to achieve balance between them in 1440p. If I focus on achieving 60 fps I don't think my current CPU will be a problem for RTX 2060 super.
 Budget doesn't matter as long as the GPU will be ok for my current CPU in 1440p (No bottleneck) I don't want to build a new PC right now. I currently have GTX 1060 6GB that I used in 1080p before. I currently have GTX 1060 6GB that I used in 1080p before. I will ask again. Budget? I can throw in a hood 1440p GPU like the 2070/v64/2060 sup/rx 5700/,rx 5700xt. Edit: alsp you are way to scared about bottlenecking. Btw, core i5 is starting to struggle in the 1% lows department. Regardless of GPU.
