Windows 8.1 Product Key Problems

I've recently bought a second hand computer, It has Windows 8.1 Home for its Os, I've upgraded it into Pro, the problem is everytime I restart the computer, the key always disappears and I couldn't activate Windows, I've tried slmgr /ipk, /upk, and reentering the product key in the enter key button, after that I'm able to activate windows without any problem. But After Restart, it asks to activate windows as if I didn't activate it last time, Does anyone know how to permanently activate windows, in this case?

It sounds like complete reinstall would be a good thing to try, though I don't know if even that would actually fix it or not.

Do you know the previous product key? You can call Microsoft to activate via phone. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/15083/windows-activate-windows-7-or-8-1

When you say you've upgraded it you do mean you purchased a pro key right?

 

Also make sure to sign in with MS account at least once. Might be what's required.

Yes I've purchased a new pro key, I've solved it now, I just needed to restart everything from scratch and now it works good as new  thank you for your suggestions ^^
