FPS Counter on Desktop

MagpieMate

Today, I noticed a large green FPS counter on my desktop. I’m assuming it has something to do with GeForce.

Any ideas?

Yea, I've tried that and it doesn't seem to go away. Interestingly, this is must larger than the in game fps counter. It may have something to do with wallpaper engine or g sync.

I'm using the XB271HU by the way.

Some monitors GSync show their current refresh rate. It's an option which you can disable in the monitor OnScreenDisplay menu.

I'm little bit of a novice. Can you guide me through that?

Sorry, each monitor is different and I don't have much time to search for the particularities of yours.

Just try all the settings on your monitor with the buttons on your monitor.
