ZFS errors?

I have a RAIDZ2 with 10 drives. 

I randomly got "3 permanent errors" 
Yes I know what permanent means but why is my double redundant set up have 3 errors? Is there any kind of fix?

Check the drives health to see if that's the issue or if there's some software problem.

Check for an issue that may have affected multiple drives at once - power cables, HBA card, etc - anything that those three drives may have in common.

 

Do you have alerts of some kind set up? If not, its possible that each drive died one at a time of natural causes, and you never noticed it to replace them. Redundancy is only there to provide you time while you replace a dead drive.

I move the system recently and forgot to plug 1 drive in and after I did I still had 3 errors. The drives are all healthy. It is just 3 files that I can't recreate.

what does zpool status look like?
