Missing Merch Order

Hi everyone,

 

My girlfriend decided to surprise me with some ltt merch but UPS messed up the postal code and is returning the package. The postal code is correct on our order, but the address UPS tried to deliver to is across town. Right street, right number but wrong postal code.

 

I told her to reach out to the store support email but it's been over a week and we haven't gotten a response. Any ideas for how I can get someone from LMG to help out with this?
