Which cooler to choose

So I’m planning to change my air cooler, and not sure which to choose out of the two , both are similar price and I know Hyper 212 have really good reputation, not sure about other one, but he will fit my black/green build.

IDK if that's the new 1 or not get the 34 it's a good 1 for the price.

I think you miss understood there is a new 212 from CM and there is the old 212 from CM also but the difference is the old one sucks more. Even if its the new 1 both of them (new 212 and 34) is in marginal difference.

I’d go for the Arctic Freezer 33, has great reviews. However I recommend saving up some more and getting a Noctua NH D15.

Thx for advice but Noctua is quite expensive and for my cpu (i5 2400) which I cant even overclock is a bit overkill imo , any of the two above are adequate for this cpu and I’m going after look as well (black green build)
